Insurance Broker

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team at Verspieren, a leading insurance intermediary. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients in the maritime transport sector.

• Analyze client needs and develop tailored insurance solutions
• Negotiate with insurance companies to secure the best rates and terms
• Manage the renewal of insurance programs and contracts
• Supervise the drafting of insurance contracts and amendments
• Oversee the administration of insurance contracts and portfolios
• Provide technical advice to clients and stakeholders
• Monitor and defend client portfolios
• Support the production team in organizing client follow-up and ensuring timely delivery of services

• Master's degree in Insurance or Law, with a focus on Transport Law
• Minimum 1 year of experience in insurance broking or a related field, preferably in the transport sector
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
