In the realm of investment management, particularly in private equity, there has been a notable surge in activity aimed at fulfilling the financial requirements of businesses and the expectations of investors seeking returns in a low-yield environment. Crédit Agricole Group is actively involved in managing substantial assets, focusing on two primary sectors:
- Direct investment management: focusing on equity investments in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and mid-sized companies (ETIs) across Europe.
- Fund management: selecting and investing in top-tier private equity managers globally.
As the private equity sector continues to expand under the Real Assets and Alternatives division, we are eager to enhance our team of financial controllers dedicated to fund management. The selected candidate will join a collaborative team of six, reporting directly to the General Secretariat.
Main Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the administrative, legal, and financial aspects of a portfolio of funds.
- Executing capital operations, including capital calls and distributions.
- Validating net asset valuations.
- Utilizing advanced tools to ensure fund transparency.
- Maintaining data integrity and quality within our enterprise resource planning system.
- Preparing comprehensive management and client reports.
- Contributing to the production of internal reporting.
- Assisting with responses to tenders.
- Engaging in secondary market transactions.
- Developing and monitoring cash flow projections for investors.
- Collaborating with custodians, valuators, auditors, and stakeholders.
- Calculating contractual, legal, and tax-related ratios.
- Managing Know Your Customer (KYC) requests.
- Participating in the enhancement of operational tools.
