We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Risk Controller to join our team as part of our Alternance program. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our Global LOD1 NFR & Compliance Central team in identifying and monitoring operational risks, as well as implementing and maintaining our Level 1 control framework.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the implementation of new tools to monitor risks and enhance data quality in our controls repository.
- Support the development of a stronger risk management approach by activity, business process, and risk.
- Conduct checks on data quality and completeness in our tool and perform post-migration testing.
- Implement reporting dashboards and identify best practices to promote within the team.
- Manage blueprints to track and update risks, and assist in updating our controls repository.
- Study specialization in Audit/Risk/Internal Control is preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset and good organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Good level of autonomy and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Fluent English and advanced Excel skills.
