Vehicle Fleet Coordinator

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Fleet Manager to join our dynamic team at Spie batignolles

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the operational management of a fleet of vehicles, in accordance with the company's defined policy, including:

  • Organizing the allocation of vehicles for service, function, or utility purposes;
  • Managing and tracking orders, deliveries, and vehicle returns;
  • Handling accidents, fines, and administrative procedures;
  • Optimizing fleet management, monitoring technical checks and maintenance;
  • Participating in the improvement of fleet performance (optimizing existing processes, monitoring road laws, market trends, electrification of the fleet, etc.).

In liaison with internal clients, you will:

  • Respond to collaborator inquiries by directing them to existing procedures;
  • Control the allocation and use of fuel cards;
  • Manage insurance and tax documents;

In liaison with external partners referenced for LLD, you will:

  • Ensure the respect of contractual obligations;
  • Control billing;

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A minimum of Bac+2 education;
  • A proven experience in fleet management;
  • Strong autonomy and communication skills to interact with multiple internal clients;
  • A sense of priorities, analytical skills, and reactivity to manage stress in case of unexpected situations or urgent matters;
  • A good understanding of the Car Fleet (GAC Technology) tool is a plus.
