Finance Process Optimization is a key objective for the ENGIE Group. The Financial Processes, Data and Systems department is responsible for delivering efficient End-to-End processes supported by standard solutions. We are recruiting a Senior Finance Solution Lead to coordinate the delivery of a consistent set of Features or specific non-ERP Solutions related to the Core Model or the roll-out of the Core Model in an Engie entity.

The ideal candidate will have recognized skills in information systems, expertise in one of the following solutions combined with a good general knowledge of others: ERP SAP S/4 Hana (FI, CO, MM, SD, etc.), Cash Flow and Bank communication tools. Additionally, they will have deep knowledge of the operational processes of a Finance department, including accounting, consolidation, management control, cash, and performance.

The Senior Finance Solution Lead will be responsible for coordinating design to testing activities up to user acceptance, directly contributing to some activities such as documentation or testing, contributing to change management & adoption track through adapted communication to users, training, and identification of process changes, and alert management in the event of deviation, proposing corrective actions and/or arbitration to stick to planning.
