Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our dynamic legal department. You will work closely with the Group Legal Director, a team of experienced lawyers, and an assistant in a multidisciplinary environment encompassing corporate law, contracts, and insurance.
- Contractual Support: Assist in reviewing and drafting contracts, preparing training materials, and ensuring contractual compliance.
- Corporate Law Assistance: Contribute to drafting corporate documentation, prepare for company general meetings, and provide comprehensive support on corporate law matters.
- Legal Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough legal research and prepare concise legal notes or files on various topics, including commercial law, intellectual property, and lease law.
- Litigation Support: Assist in managing commercial litigation cases, contributing to case preparation and documentation.
Desired Profile
We are looking for a recent graduate with a Master's degree in corporate law, business law, or insurance law. Prior experience in a law firm or legal department is highly desirable. You possess a strong understanding of contract and corporate law principles and demonstrate a keen interest in exploring the operations of a multidisciplinary legal team.
You are meticulous, inquisitive, and proactive with excellent communication and analytical skills.
