Job Opportunity

Avantor is seeking a highly skilled Assistant Export to contribute to its growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and re-launch export offers for direct clients or for the benefit of our distributors and subsidiaries.
  • Survey and follow up on completed orders, procurements, and client communication.
  • C coordination and tracking of shipments with logistics partners.
  • Contribute to the classification and archiving of complete, settled files.
  • Foster collaboration with internal partners (appro, finance, ADV, logistics...).

Required Profile

  • Holder of a Bachelor's degree in International Commerce or a Master's degree, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in the field.
  • Proficient in office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint...). Knowledge of an ERP type SAP is an asset.
  • Familiar with the incoterms and, ideally, the rules of compatibility of dangerous products (type IATA – IMDG training).
  • Recognized for your relational skills, rigor, curiosity, proactivity, and team spirit.
  • Fluent in French and English, both in writing and speaking.
