Mondelēz International is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Development Manager to lead our product development team in creating innovative and delicious snacks for consumers around the world.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop new products and improve existing ones, ensuring they meet consumer needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define business goals and strategies for product development.
- Develop and maintain accurate consumer-led specifications and ensure technical rigor and best practices are applied throughout the product development process.
- Recruit, retain, and develop a high-performing team of direct and indirect reports, providing coaching and mentoring to support career development.
- Influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders in decision-making, using technical expertise and business acumen to drive results.
- Deliver results in a fast-paced, complex, and ambiguous environment, handling multiple priorities and driving multiple projects simultaneously.
Requirements
- Proven experience in leading teams and coaching and mentoring to foster performance and team effectiveness.
- Strong influencing skills to educate business stakeholders about technical risks and ensure clear communication and understanding.
- Ability to work in a fast-moving consumer goods environment, prioritizing consumer needs and driving business results.
- Excellent technical and business acumen, with a strong understanding of product development and innovation.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience in recruiting, retaining, and developing high-performing teams.
