Your Role: Product Development Technician - CAD Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Product Development Technician - CAD Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the development and improvement of our product lines and manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create detailed technical drawings and designs for new products and equipment based on specifications provided by project teams.
  • Manage and maintain a comprehensive archive of technical documents, ensuring efficient access and distribution.
  • Contribute to the development and upkeep of our product database (PIM), ensuring accuracy and completeness of technical information.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to define service requirements and specifications for new products.
  • Provide on-site or remote technical support for specific products or testing procedures as needed.

Your Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in the building or plumbing industry.
  • Proficiency in CAD/Drafting software tools. Experience with Inventor is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
