Hôpital Foch, a leading private healthcare facility in the Paris region, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Night Surgical Nurse to join our esteemed team within the Digestive Surgery department.
As a vital member of our surgical care unit, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care throughout their journey, from pre-operative preparation to post-operative monitoring and recovery.
Your Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive patient care, including welcoming, informing, and preparing patients for upcoming digestive surgeries.
- Monitor patients closely after surgery, ensuring their well-being and addressing any specific needs such as neurologic monitoring, drainage management, or diabetes control.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians and the healthcare team to assist in technical procedures and provide optimal patient care.
- Contribute to pain management strategies and educate patients on post-operative care instructions.
- Maintain meticulous patient records and ensure clear communication of relevant information within the healthcare team.
- Possess a recognized nursing degree with a strong foundation in surgical nursing practices.
- Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.

This is a full-time night position with a 12-hour shift from 8 pm to 8 am. The schedule follows a 12-week cycle, offering one week off every four weeks.
