About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Elevator Installation Technician to join our team at Otis College of Art and Design. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for installing new elevator equipment and integrating it into electrical systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install new elevator equipment and integrate it into electrical systems with the support of technical leaders.
- Train Otis operators on new technologies.
- Install modernization products.
- Participate in mechanical assembly and replacement of complex components (doors, traction groups).
- Evaluate and establish necessary parts plans for adaptations.
- Work with technical leaders to adapt components to more complex technologies.
- Explain methods, settings, and procedures to other technicians.
- Ensure significant project follow-up and represent the manager at project meetings.
