Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Packaging Specialist to join our Formulation unit in our production site in Uffholtz, France.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and enhance packaging specifications, including 3D modeling
  • Support thorough root cause analyses to drive technical resolution related to quality complaints and production
  • Develop necessary trial plans to test optimization ideas, lead testing with the plant, analyze data, and create a report of findings
  • Design packaging for new products, coordinate with R&D for material testing, and support product launches and project startups in the EMEA region
  • Bachelor's in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
  • Knowledge of international hazardous materials regulations
  • Ability to negotiate with internal and external organizations for packaging-related resources and services
  • Lean six sigma certification and knowledge of quality assurance programs or statistical quality control is a plus
  • SAP as service provider

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
  • Knowledge of international hazardous materials regulations
  • Ability to negotiate with internal and external organizations
