Key Responsibilities- Project Set-up and Performance Reviews: Utilize your exceptional attention to detail to ensure accurate and timely recording of project details, including budgets.
- Periodic Project Reviews: Engage with delivery teams to monitor financial health, assess progress against milestones and budgets, and identify early warning signs.
- Detailed Analysis and Variance Management: Conduct in-depth analysis of profitability metrics and manage variances to ensure optimal financial performance.
- Client Invoicing and Collections: Support client invoicing and collections, and resolve related queries in a timely manner.
- Annual Audit Support: Collaborate with the local team and Group to support the annual audit process.
- Working Capital Optimization: Drive efforts to optimize working capital position by engaging with the business at the proposal stage and exploring opportunities to streamline billing and collections workflows.
- Process Improvement: Continuously review and explore opportunities to streamline processes, automate manual tasks, and enhance overall efficiency.
- Ad-hoc Projects: Contribute to ad-hoc projects, such as the implementation of new financial management tools.
- Accounting Qualification: Qualified or part-qualified accountant with a strong understanding of financial principles.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Integrity and Autonomy: Demonstrated integrity and ability to work autonomously and within a team setting.
- Advanced Skills: Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in English.
