We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Equity Derivatives Middle Office Support professional to join our team in Paris. As a key member of our EMEA Equity Trade Control space, you will play a critical role in supporting daily trading activities and controls.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide trade support across Equity Derivatives desks, assisting with operational queries and bookings to ensure client service excellence and satisfaction.
- Process and review corporate actions, including vanilla and exotic equity trades, and re-weight custom baskets.
- Manage listed option exercise/assignment bookings, swap resets, and fixing exception reports.
- Perform reconciliations and reporting, including intercompany reconciliations and front-to-back reconciliation breaks.
- Review and investigate fails, including stocks, listed products, and cash breaks.
- Produce expiry and risk reports for the Front Office.
- Equities experience and functional understanding.
- Excellent Excel skills.
- Degree or equivalent.
- Good attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
