Job Description

We are seeking a Healthcare Assistant to join our team on a temporary basis at a medicalized care home. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to residents, working closely with our team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing personal care and support to residents, including bathing, dressing, and feeding
  • Assisting with daily living activities, such as toileting and mobility
  • Preparing and serving meals and snacks
  • Participating in activities and programs designed to promote resident engagement and well-being
  • Collaborating with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans

Requirements

  • Diploma in Healthcare or equivalent qualification
  • Experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in a care home environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
