Job Overview:

Axens is seeking a highly skilled Hydroprocessing Proposal Engineer to join our Product Line Sustainable Conversion & Hydroprocessing, Chemicals Integration. This role will be responsible for delivering technical solutions to clients, preparing proposals, supporting sales efforts, and promoting Axens' technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze customer needs and competitive context to deliver the best technical solution
  • Prepare technical proposals, estimate performance, and propose technical guarantees
  • Support sales efforts, contribute to commercial success, and promote Axens' technologies
  • Follow up on clients' units, maintain technical relationships, and perform on-site spot missions
  • Participate in conceptual studies, projects, and data collection

Requirements:

  • Engineer in Chemistry, Chemical Engineer, or General Engineer with experience in process design/engineering, plant operation, or catalysts
  • Good knowledge of process and/or catalysis, with a strong sense of listening and communication skills
  • Ability to travel abroad, with a strong team-working attitude and sense of adaptability
