Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Transport Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient transportation of goods across the country.

Key Responsibilities

• Transport Operations Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute transportation operations to meet customer demands and ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Resource Allocation: Allocate resources, including vehicles and personnel, to optimize transportation operations and minimize costs.
• Quality Control: Monitor and ensure that transportation operations meet quality and safety standards.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise during transportation operations.
• Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze reports to track transportation operations and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in transportation operations management or a related field.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and customer service skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
