About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Tetra Pak. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for carrying out projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Market Operations and Project Center to understand customer needs and prepare commercial offers.
  • Study and analyze projects to identify key requirements and develop effective solutions.
  • Collect and analyze project information from internal and external sources to inform decision-making.
  • Optimize technical solutions to meet customer needs and improve project outcomes.
  • Coordinate internal teams to implement projects and ensure timely completion.
  • Communicate project progress to stakeholders, including customers and internal departments.
  • Report project status to the project board, including technical, financial, and other key metrics.
  • Manage project budgets and validate project changes with customers.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet technical specifications and drive engineering to completion.
  • Coordinate internal activities, including layout drawings, bill of materials, mechanical engineering, automation, IT, purchasing, manufacturing, pre-assembly, and shipments.
Requirements
  • Engineering degree (Master's preferred).
  • At least 3 years of experience in project management.
  • Fluency in French and English (written and spoken), with a third language a plus.
  • Solid knowledge of designing tools (AutoCAD knowledge).
  • Experience in the food industry (preferable).
  • Experience with SAP and MS Project or other project management tools (a plus).
  • Strong organizational skills, high level of personal drive, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
