Position: Client Financial Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure precise management of client financial records within the accounting framework
  • Timely verification and processing of client billing statements
  • Maintain the integrity of client account balances
  • Establish and execute efficient collection strategies
  • Engage proactively with clients to address payment discrepancies
  • Monitor overdue payments and initiate necessary follow-up actions
  • Compile regular financial summaries regarding client accounts
  • Examine payment patterns and recommend enhancements
  • Work collaboratively with sales teams to resolve client account challenges
  • Coordinate with the legal department when legal interventions are necessary
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and maintain thorough transaction records
  • Stay informed on legal and tax updates, adjusting procedures as needed
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
  • Self-motivated, independent, and flexible
  • Strong collaborative abilities
  • Proficient in digital tools, particularly Excel
  • Familiarity with SAGE 1000 is advantageous
