Deputy Director of Educational Facility (M/F)

We are seeking a Deputy Director for an educational facility in a permanent contract role. This establishment caters to young individuals, including workers, job seekers, students, apprentices, and trainees aged 18 to 25. The residents are on a journey towards independence, and your role will be pivotal in coordinating educational initiatives, fostering community welfare, ensuring the safety of both residents and staff, managing financial resources, and exploring funding avenues.

  • Oversee teams to guarantee the success of projects
  • Align staffing requirements with department heads and human resources
  • Collaborate with the Director to monitor financial budgets
  • Lead initiatives and contribute to the growth of the institution
  • Encourage ongoing enhancement within teams
  • Ensure quality living conditions and support for residents
  • Effectively manage complex situations and incidents
  • Supervise various service activities and act as a representative of management to residents and their families

Qualifications: Candidates should possess a background in social work, with experience in addressing complex educational challenges, preferably with a focus on housing. Strong interpersonal skills, organizational capabilities, and a dedication to youth development are crucial.

Employment Conditions: Permanent contract, managerial position, 202 working days annually, immediate availability, salary based on qualifications and experience, benefits include meal vouchers (partially subsidized), health insurance (60% covered by the employer), and 23 RTT days per year.
