Mobilisights, a Data Business Unit of Stellantis, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of data products and services that leverage connected vehicle data and IoT/connected devices. Our vision is to create a 'smarter' world where innovative applications and services transform and improve everyday lives.
Your Mission
As a Senior Product Manager, you will own the full product lifecycle and responsibilities for a set of data products, potentially an entire product line. Your key objectives will be to:
- Lead discovery of data needs for a growing set of use-cases by engaging with customers and prospects, as well as GTM, Marketing, and Planning & Operations teams.
- Build a long-term product portfolio strategy and short/mid-term feature prioritization to guide all product development efforts.
- Communicate roadmap and product releases effectively to all internal and external stakeholders.
- Partner with UX teams to create industry-leading UI/UX experiences for internal and external customers.
- Collaborate with data governance and tech teams to ensure data privacy compliance with GDPR and CCPA.
- Co-lead product pricing process.
- Work closely with Marketing and GTM teams to assist on product marketing deliverables.
- Drive product adoption working closely with Sales, marketing, and GTM teams.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Strong product management track record with hands-on experience in data or software products.
- A 0 to 1 mindset and a track record of supporting new market segments and use-cases through innovative products/features.
- A passion for solving product and business challenges with data and technology.
- Strong customer orientation, with a solid understanding of UX and user engagement.
- Direct customer engagement experience is a must; so is a high EQ and an ability to 'read the room'.
- Ability to engage with executives at customer organizations is strongly desired.
- Track record of building revenue-driving/customer-facing products with tight SLAs, and experience managing product-line P&Ls.
- Strong communication skills with an ability to clearly articulate product strategy and plans to technical and commercial audiences.
- Experience with big-data products and AI/ML technologies and data analytics, particularly in DaaS/SaaS platforms.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills, and attention to detail.
- An entrepreneurial spirit and excitement about building a disruptive business.
- Strong professional network and ability to stay on top of evolving market trends.
- 5+ years of experience in high-tech and/or Auto, location tech, insurance tech, fleet management, smart cities, or related industries.
- 3+ years of product management functional experience is a MUST. Experience product managing commercially successful B2B data products is a plus.
- Bachelors' degree, preferably in the technical focus (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science). MBA is a plus.
