As a Communication Manager - Brand Development, you will play a key role in implementing our communication strategy and action plan to enhance the reputation and attractiveness of Saint-Gobain, both in France and internationally.
Key Responsibilities:- Contribute to the creation and launch of international communication campaigns to promote Saint-Gobain's image as an employer on various external and internal channels.
- Develop various communication tools and supports to improve the candidate experience and highlight the experience offered by Saint-Gobain's teams.
- Write content to showcase our communication campaigns and tools on different channels (brand content on the Careers page, social media posts, internal newsletter articles).
- Monitor employer brand trends, particularly those related to AI, by conducting international benchmarks.
- Student in a communication, commerce, or university program.
- Strong interest in content creation and a desire to discover corporate and/or HR communication.
- Fluency in French and English.
