Join NOVAM Ingénierie, a leading engineering firm specializing in structural solutions that supports clients throughout the entire process from conception to implementation for new developments or renovation initiatives across various sectors including healthcare, education, research, and industry. We are currently looking for a site operations leader to oversee projects in the Bordeaux and Pau regions, with potential responsibilities extending to Niort.

In this pivotal role, you will offer technical guidance on both new construction and renovation projects, prepare cost estimates, and oversee projects from inception to completion. Your primary duties will involve acting as the representative of the company to both internal teams and external partners. Whether your background is in engineering or construction management, your project oversight and leadership capabilities are crucial for success in this position, along with your aptitude for developing the site in collaboration with the sales team. This role is based in the Bordeaux area and combines the advantages of a large organization with the atmosphere of a smaller enterprise.
