Job Description

As a true ambassador of LEGO and its values, the primary responsibilities of the Sales Associate - Cashier include:

  • Welcoming each customer with a personalized and engaging approach, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
  • Animating play areas to showcase our products and encourage customer interaction.
  • Providing expert product guidance and sales support, helping customers make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Processing transactions according to our procedures and standards.
  • Fostering customer loyalty by offering the VIP card and other relevant services.
  • Encouraging customer feedback to optimize our service quality (NPS).
  • Implementing product merchandising and visual displays in-store.
  • Participating in other activities as needed to support the store's operations.

This list of responsibilities is not exhaustive, and you may be assigned additional tasks by the LEGO store manager or their deputy.
