Your Role

As a Site Supervisor within our Aximum Mobility division, you will report directly to a project manager and play a crucial role in organizing and executing worksites focused on Electrical Engineering and Dynamic Flow Management Systems.

Main Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include leading a team of technicians and overseeing electrical worksites across various domains, including traffic signals, street lighting, metrology, traffic data collection, access control, and video surveillance.

Key tasks will involve:

  • Ensuring adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations while promptly reporting any issues to your supervisor.
  • Setting a positive example in all interactions with clients, prioritizing safety and environmental considerations.
  • Preparing the worksite, which includes resource planning, layout, signaling, and markings.
  • Monitoring the worksite budget by assessing revenues and expenses.
  • Managing and tracking worksite progress, addressing unforeseen events, and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Supervising the team under the guidance of the project manager, assigning tasks, and facilitating the integration and training of new team members.
  • Conducting annual evaluations and interviews with your team members.
  • Ensuring the quality of work for project acceptance.

As the representative of the company to all stakeholders involved in the project, you will uphold the company’s reputation and effectively communicate client requests.

Your Profile

You should possess a degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrotechnics, Electronics, or Public Works.

A passion for teamwork and a strong preference for hands-on activities are essential.

Prior experience in worksite management, particularly in the Traffic Light Signaling sector, is preferred.

A valid driving license is required.
