Your Role: Industrial Electricity Project Lead
As an Industrial Electricity Project Lead, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution of electrical construction projects. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project delivery, from planning and resource allocation to site supervision and cost management.
- Project Execution: Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to ensure seamless project implementation, adhering to established timelines and budgets.
- Site Management: Supervise construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards. Effectively manage and motivate your team of electricians.
- Resource Planning: Identify and procure necessary materials and equipment for projects. Manage stock levels and deliveries efficiently.
- Cost Control: Monitor project expenses, track invoices, and ensure adherence to budget constraints. Proactively identify potential cost savings opportunities.
- Modification Management: Evaluate and approve modifications or additional works requested by clients, ensuring alignment with project scope and contractual obligations.
Your Profile:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Industrial Electricity Project Lead. You possess a strong technical background in electrical construction and a proven track record of successfully managing projects within the industrial sector.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience leading industrial electricity construction projects.
- Analytical, proactive, and autonomous with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal communication abilities.
