Our client, a leading manufacturer of sweet and healthy biscuits, is a well-established company with a strong presence in the market. With a workforce of approximately 2000 employees across 17 production sites, we are committed to delivering high-quality products to our customers.
We are currently seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team in Pessac.
Job MissionAs a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines. Your duties will include:
- Performing electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical interventions
- Carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, as well as participating in shutdowns and restarts
- Adjusting and calibrating production equipment
- Implementing format changes in accordance with established procedures
- Logging work orders in our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Identifying areas for improvement and proposing solutions to maintain a high level of safety and efficiency
- Anticipating and resolving technical issues through analysis of daily incidents
- Providing training and support to new employees and production staff
- You should have a strong background in industrial maintenance, with a focus on mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems
- You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent problem-solving skills and a high level of adaptability
