Job Description
As a Senior Financial Accountant, your key responsibilities will encompass:
  • Managing daily accounting functions and overseeing month-end closing activities
  • Conducting monthly reconciliations of balance sheets and necessary adjustments
  • Assisting in the preparation of financial statements and comprehensive reports
  • Facilitating both internal and external audit processes
  • Preparing VAT returns, net wealth tax, and various tax calculations
  • Contributing to the training and development of team members
  • Engaging in projects aimed at process enhancements


Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate for the Senior Financial Accountant role will possess:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in an international setting (experience with Big4 firms is advantageous)
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Access (knowledge of Oracle is a plus)
  • A university degree in Accounting, Finance, or Audit
  • Fluency in English and French and/or Polish
  • The ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • Familiarity with US GAAP and Lux GAAP
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
