Job Title: ALM Officer

Join our team as an ALM Officer and contribute to the management of structural risks for Société Générale Assurances.

About the Role

The ALM department is responsible for managing liquidity risk, interest rate risk, and FX risk for the company. As an ALM Officer, you will be part of a team working on transversal missions such as the preparation and animation of the ALCO, the production of internal reporting for the Risk department, and the review of internal ALM documentations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage structural risks: prepare and present the ALCO, prepare internal reports requested by the Risk department, and monitor the Risk Appetite Statement.
  • Manage scarce resources: participate in the monitoring of liquidity metrics (LCR, NSFR, CMB) for internal steering or external reporting purposes.
  • Manage regulatory reporting: participate in the production and monitoring of regulatory requirements (FINREP, COREP, STE).
  • Participate in ALM projects: implement new IT environments, testing phases, controls implementation, process automation, and training.
Requirements
  • Experience and developed skills in managing assets-liabilities risks, interest rate risks, liquidity risk, and FX risk.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Leasing and/or banking industry experience, including capital markets, derivatives, and treasury products.
  • Knowledge of the external regulatory environment relating to risk management activities in a banking industry environment.
