Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Department Manager to lead our PGC Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and enforcing commercial policies, conducting market studies, and promoting products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Commercial Policy Implementation: Develop and enforce commercial policies to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Market Studies and Shelf Layouts: Conduct market research and plan effective shelf layouts to maximize product visibility and sales.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales, margin, and inventory reports to inform business decisions.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of approximately 20 employees, fostering a positive work environment and exceptional customer service.
  • Quality and Compliance: Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulations, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree to Bac + 2 in sales/management, with previous experience as a PGC department manager or equivalent. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, motivated, and proactive, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
