Job Title: Night Caregiver

GROUPE ACPPA - LA BOISSIERE, located in a serene environment, is dedicated to providing exceptional care for elderly and dependent individuals. Our establishment features a capacity of 68 beds and a specialized unit for vulnerable individuals, ensuring a nurturing atmosphere.

Role Overview:

  • Support residents, including elderly individuals with disabilities or dependencies, in their daily routines to enhance their independence while adhering to continuous improvement standards.
  • Deliver exemplary care services aligned with the core values of GROUPE ACPPA.

Job Specifications:

  • Part of a dedicated night team comprising 3 caregivers.
  • Shifts of 10 hours each.
  • Work schedule includes one weekend every two weeks.

Candidate Profile:

Possessing a DEAS qualification, your strong interpersonal skills, initiative, accountability, and analytical mindset will contribute to your success in this role.
