Chief Quantum Hardware Strategist

Pasqal designs and develops innovative Quantum Processing Units (QPUs) and associated software tools.

This role is part of shaping the future of our quantum computing hardware, working closely with stakeholders from various departments to align on product roadmaps.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Crafting a compelling hardware product vision and roadmap in coordination with sales, marketing, software, production, commissioning, support, and C-suite stakeholders.
  • Ensuring alignment between hardware, software, and commercial roadmaps.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English (French proficiency is a plus).
  • A strong communication skillset for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will be based in Massy near Paris, with a hybrid remote policy and a permanent contract.

We estimate an annual salary of approximately €120,000 - €150,000, depending on experience, as well as additional benefits.
