About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer to join our team at Stellantis as a Program Cybersecurity & Functional Safety Manager. This is a unique opportunity to lead the technical convergence of cybersecurity and functional safety concepts in our new Centralized and Service Oriented End-to-End E/E Architecture.
Key Responsibilities
- Steer cybersecurity and functional safety convergence across all platform products
- Synchronize with project teams within SWX (functional reporting)
- Synchronize with vehicle project teams
- Collect new feature requests, coordinate technical analysis and assess feasibility
- Support convergence & application of product technical policy, in accordance with international standards and internal Stellantis policies
- Relentlessly drive to early life cycle delivery through an agile approach
- Establish and conduct collaboration opportunities with internal partners
- Develop a culture of collaboration, diversity, and inclusion
- Willing to take action and drive results
Requirements
- Bachelor in computer engineering, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering
- Record of accomplishment of delivering business and technology results for complex, cross-functional initiatives while managing multiple competing priorities
- Long-term experience in defining and designing large complex embedded networked computer systems including definition of system topologies, components, and interfaces
- Knowledge about upcoming automotive regulations: Cyber Security regulations (UNECE R155) and standards (ISO/SAE 21434 Road vehicles — Cybersecurity engineering) and/or Functional Safety standards: ISO26262
- Deep understanding of typical vehicle EE architectures and automotive development processes
- Management experience in ideating and creating intellectual property
- Strong systems thinker
- Fluency in English is required, any other European language is an advantage
Preferred Qualifications
- Master of Science Degree in Engineering
- Designed EE platforms or components for Service Oriented Architectures (SOA)
