Textile Category Manager Responsibilities- Develop and execute commercial strategies for assigned textile categories, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Enhance the appeal and sales performance of your designated categories through strategic merchandising, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
- Manage pricing strategies to optimize revenue generation while maintaining profitability targets.
- Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and secure high-quality products that meet customer expectations.
- Coordinate commercial and advertising campaigns to promote textile categories effectively and drive customer engagement.
- Monitor stock levels, product availability, and inventory management processes to ensure seamless operations.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and growth within the textile sector.
- Address customer inquiries and feedback promptly and professionally, resolving issues effectively and building strong relationships.
- Implement category layouts and promotional displays that enhance the shopping experience and drive sales.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards related to textile products.
- Contribute actively to regional meetings, sharing insights and collaborating with colleagues on category development strategies.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze economic performance, proposing corrective actions as needed to achieve targets.
- Prepare sales forecasts and profitability analyses to support strategic decision-making.
We seek a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, marketing, or supply chain management. Proven experience in purchasing, marketing, and negotiation is essential for success in this role.
