Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Barman to join our team at Zuma Cannes. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional drinks service, building strong relationships with guests, and maintaining cleanliness and organization at the bar counter and surrounding areas.

Main Duties:

• Prepare and serve drinks according to brand standards, ensuring consistency
• Build strong relationships with guests, offering tailored drink recommendations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the bar counter and surrounding areas
• Maximize sales through up-selling and responding to guest needs promptly
• Stay updated on menu items and assist with the training of new bar team members
• Adhere to safety, hygiene, and health protocols to ensure a safe bar environment
