Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Agent to join our team at Chausson Matériaux. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to secure new clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of sales projects
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience in a B2B environment, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Fluency in English and French, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
