Role Overview and Responsibilities
We are seeking a Client Relationship Executive for Individuals to join our team.
As the main point of contact for clients, your primary responsibility will be to oversee a portfolio of individual clients. You will provide a comprehensive suite of products and services tailored to meet and anticipate their needs through a multi-channel approach.
- Market and promote a variety of products and services.
- Expand your client portfolio through scheduled meetings and outreach calls.
- Attract new clients through referrals and proactive prospecting, ensuring high-quality relationships.
- Collaborate with specialized advisors (wealth management, business professionals, etc.).
- Assess client risk and manage pre-litigation situations.
