Europrop International GmbH, a leading European collaboration programme between ITP Aero, MTU Aero Engines, Rolls-Royce and Safran Aircraft Engines, is seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join their team in Munich, Germany.
About the Role
As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in coordinating the execution of the Cost of Ownership Project (CoOR) within EPI and with partner companies of the Program and suppliers. Your mission will consist of supporting the Head of CoOR in programme management duties, following up the execution of the CoOR Measures Roadmap, and assisting in the preparation of CoOR-related deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Head of CoOR in programme management duties, including preparation of meetings, presentations, and reports.
- Monitor and drumbeat the deliverables of the pillars of the Roadmap within the Consortium, highlighting any issues and risks in a timely manner.
- Assist in the preparation of CoOR-related deliverables of the Support contract, liaising with Partner Companies and EPI stakeholders as required.
- Coordinate the flow-down and execution of actions agreed at the CoOR WG with other areas of the organisation.
Requirements
- Engineering background and interest in MRO and business topics.
- Excellent organisation and coordination skills.
- Proactive and self-driven.
- High level of MS Excel.
- Very good level of English.
