Job Summary
The Project Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of Customer Finance products Go-to-Market strategies. This role will involve working closely with the Sales team to gather insights and make recommendations to support Product Managers in their Product launch strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Deploying Customer Finance products Go-to-Market strategies
- Gathering insights from Sales team to make recommendations and support Product Managers in their Product launch strategies
- Actively taking part in rolling-out Ops Product Go-to-Market strategy: preparing training materials, communication, and conducting Ops Product hypercare phase
- Reporting on Ops Product deployment Success KPIs (Actual vs Business Case numbers, on time delivery of project, in market execution etc.)
- Working on continuous improvement: developing relationships and working with Sales, Ops teams and other stakeholders to identify process & products optimization opportunities
- Preparing & presenting improvement business case to the Customer Finance Director
- Project managing timely implementation
- Taking part in fostering knowledge management & innovation: maintaining an innovation pipeline on products and technologies
- Working hand in hand with the Knowledge Management & Innovation leaders to prepare innovation business cases
Requirements
- Master's degree in business or engineering
- Work experience +3/4 years
- Quick learner
- Previous experience in a management consulting firm or any project department within a Tech or Media company would be appreciated
- Previous experience in Change management (acts as a facilitator on a day-to-day basis)
- Previous experience of studying abroad or working in an international environment
Desirable Skills
- Strong skills in PowerPoint & Excel
- Excellent relationship & communication skills
- Fluency in English mandatory, French would be appreciated
- Curiosity for the Tech & Media industries
