We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Product Manager MRO to join our team at Airbus. As a key member of our ERP PSL team, you will be responsible for developing, building, and maintaining all ERP applications of Airbus Helicopters.
Key Responsibilities- Develop a solid understanding of Airbus Helicopter business processes in the domain of MRO (maintenance, repair, and overhaul) and end-to-end processes.
- Understand key drivers and measures of success for the business and the short- and long-term direction of the business and related ERP technologies (SAP S/4 HANA and SAP Fiori).
- Analyze and understand business requirements on MRO and translate them into IT requirements and solutions.
- Accountable for the end-to-end product lifecycle, from conception, design, industrialization, operation, and retirement.
- Ensure IT solution delivery according to the requirements specified and validated (make or buy).
- Manage IT activities, mainly while implementing MRO functionality into SAP S/4 HANA and SAP Fiori.
- Participate in the Airbus Helicopters new ERP transformation program for MRO management.
- Degree in information technologies, information management, or similar.
- Several years of experience with SAP modules like CS, PM, PS on SAP ECC6, SAP S/4 HANA, and SAP Fiori for MRO-related functionalities.
- Experienced in activity management and follow-up (preferably with an understanding of agile methodologies).
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking) is mandatory.
- Advanced level in the French language would be helpful.
- We are looking for a candidate who is autonomous, flexible, curious, with good communication skills, entrepreneurial, and customer-oriented with a deep and wide knowledge of SAP implementations.
- The candidate shall be a team player, team-oriented, and service-minded.
