Our client, a renowned M&A boutique firm, is seeking a seasoned Mergers and Acquisitions Specialist to join their dynamic TMT team in Paris. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving strategic advice and exceptional execution in mid-market transactions across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transaction Execution: Support and lead key aspects of M&A deals, including deal origination, due diligence, valuation, and structuring, to ensure seamless transaction execution.
  • Industry Expertise: Conduct in-depth market research and analysis on trends and developments in the TMT sector, providing actionable insights that shape deal strategy and drive business growth.
  • Financial Modelling: Develop and review detailed financial models to assess transaction viability and support negotiations, ensuring accurate financial projections and informed decision-making.
  • Client Engagement: Foster strong relationships with clients, providing tailored advice and managing communication throughout the transaction process, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Deal Documentation: Draft and review transaction-related documents, including pitchbooks, information memorandums, and investment decks, to ensure clarity and accuracy.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to contribute to the firm's growth and success, driving business development and expansion.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in M&A, with a focus on the TMT sector, ideally within a boutique, investment bank, or advisory firm.
  • Skills: Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills, with excellent knowledge of TMT industry dynamics.
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • Languages: Fluency in English and French is required.
  • Characteristics: Proactive, detail-oriented, with excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a high degree of professionalism.
