Main Responsibilities:- Month-End Closing: Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial results, perform analyses to ensure accuracy, and ensure month-end closing of central costs.
- Financial Performance Management: Guide and coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and closing processes, perform financial analysis to drive impactful management decisions, and prepare business review decks.
- Business Excellence: Implement a robust cost monitoring framework, perform meaningful analyses to evaluate performance gaps, and develop efficient financial processes.
- Controlling: Ensure financial and analytical data accuracy, implement and comply with Group reporting rules, and perform in-depth analysis to steer business decisions.
- Animation of Controlling Community: Lead the FP&A / controlling community, provide technical reference for reporting matters, and work closely with the Group FP&A to simplify reporting structures.
- Master's degree in finance or management control
- 10 years of experience in management control or finance business partnering roles
- Good knowledge of IFRS standards
- Excellent Excel, PowerPoint, and IT tools skills
- Oracle and Hyperion Financial Management knowledge is a plus
- Good interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team and transversely in a matrix and multicultural universe
- English fluency (both spoken & written) is required
