Senior Financial Strategist

The Accell Group is a global organization with approximately 3,000 employees across 18 countries, delivering premier products and services to clients in more than 80 countries worldwide. As a Senior Financial Strategist, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and performance agenda of the French region.

Based in Dijon, France, this full-time position offers the opportunity to work in an international, collaborative, matrix environment and contribute to the company's global strategic goals. You will oversee the Profit & Loss (P&L), balance sheet, and cash flow, increasing productivity and efficiency within the French organization.

You will also support the Group Finance team with global finance projects and product portfolios as needed, lead and develop the finance team in France, build a strong team, and nurture finance talent. Additionally, you will assess and create a development plan for the French finance team.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, or a similar discipline. You must have excellent people management skills with international teams of professionals and a background in various finance roles with increasing levels of responsibility. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data warehouse systems is essential.
