Position Overview:

We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator (H/F) at Fluoptics SAS. Our organization is dedicated to providing cutting-edge solutions in fluorescence imaging for surgical applications. Key Responsibilities:

  • Inputting customer orders into the company's ERP system with precision.
  • Managing the processing of consumable orders post-approval.
  • Coordinating transport logistics, including shipments and pickups with carriers.
  • Preparing documentation for deliveries and exports.
  • Overseeing customs documentation processes.
  • Providing support for aftersales services.

Candidate Profile:

  • Degree in commerce with relevant experience in sales administration and logistics management.
  • Familiarity with Incoterms and fundamental customs regulations.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
