Global Supply Chain Solutions Director

Lonza, a global leader in life sciences, is seeking a talented professional to join our team as a Director, Global Supply Chain Solutions and SAP Execution. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving process standardization, sustainability, and certification across our sites, divisions, and business units.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess and improve supply chain processes across sites and divisions/business units.
- Develop and implement action plans to address gaps and improve efficiency.
- Support the SAP E2E Execution Blueprint Certification Program to ensure sites meet MRP II Class A standards.
- Provide expert guidance on SAP execution, including master data, process orders, MRP, purchase orders, warehouse/material movements, and quality.
- Lead and support the Associate Director of Global Supply Chain Solutions and SAP Execution in determining the level of help and support needed and mobilizing the team.
- Strong supply chain background experience in a site environment.
- At least several years of work experience in multiple supply chain site functions with a focus on planning, execution, and logistics processes.
- SME in SAP/SAPS/4Hana is a plus.
- Masters APICS CPIM professional standards.
- Ability to establish and track project delivery, handle multiple global and complex projects simultaneously, and identify and resolve conflicts.
- Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present ideas in a clear and concise manner.
- Proven ability to lead up and influence, coach people at all hierarchy levels, and demonstrate self-starting and hands-on quality.
