Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Education Marketing Community Manager to join our team at Manaventures. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to introduce Canva for Education to teachers, guiding them to fall in love with our brand, product, and values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute community programs to engage and inspire passionate community members.
  • Collaborate with the growth marketing and social teams to conceptualize, plan, and execute integrated campaigns.
  • Partner with partners, local associations, and organizations to drive engagement and enhance community initiatives.
  • Grow the active user base and increase awareness of Canva for Education through data-driven marketing and competitive benchmarking.
  • Support Education Sales by collaborating with the education sales team to identify growth opportunities within France's largest school systems.
Requirements
  • Deep experience in community management with a proven track record of growing and engaging thriving communities.
  • Senior marketing experience, particularly in education or edtech.
  • Strong analytical skills, turning complex datasets into actionable insights.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder relationship management skills.
  • Proficient in balancing long-term strategy with short-term needs and adapting quickly to market trends.
  • Excellent communication skills in both French and English.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, with a strong data-driven and insights-driven marketing mindset.
