Néosoft is a leading digital transformation consulting group with over 1800 employees. We're looking for a talented Lead Data Engineer to join our team in Lille. As a Lead Data Engineer, you'll be part of our Data community, working closely with Nicolas Huche, our Practice Leader, and Thibaud Blanchard, our Technical Officer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define the technical engineering strategy for data
  • Participate in the design of robust and evolving data architectures
  • Optimize performance and scalability
  • Exercise a leading technical role
Requirements:
  • At least 6 years of experience in data-related projects
  • Strong knowledge of databases (SQL) and data transformation tools (Talend, BigQuery, Airflow)
  • Proficiency in programming languages (Python, Spark, Scala, Hadoop, Java) and cloud environments
