We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team at Viaposte. As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our industrial equipment and facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failures and ensure optimal performance.
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and troubleshoot issues to resolve problems efficiently.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and minimize downtime.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Manage inventory of spare parts and materials to ensure timely repairs and replacements.
- Provide technical guidance and training to junior staff members.
- Support operational teams with technical expertise and troubleshooting assistance.
- Completion of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Technology.
- Strong knowledge of industrial automation, mechanics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.
- Proficiency in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
