Resilience & Business Continuity Specialist
Worldline is seeking a skilled professional to contribute to our enterprise resilience program. As a key player, you will collaborate with various departments to ensure our global resilience and crisis management capabilities are aligned with industry best practices and regulatory frameworks.
Responsibilities
\t- Develop and monitor the Business Continuity (BC) roadmap in line with the Global BC roadmap and framework.
\t - Proactively identify and report risks to risk teams, focusing on potential impacts on business operations.
\t - Manage and coordinate Business Impact Analysis (BIA) to identify critical business operations and dependencies.
\t - Recommend recovery strategies and assist in solution implementations.
\t - Coordinate with IT teams to ensure effective ICT Disaster Recovery (DR) solutions and procedures.
\t - Collaborate with IT Platforms teams to ensure ICT/DR effectiveness and provide support to Platform Owner on IT DR solutions and procedures when required.
\t - Maintain and enhance Business continuity, Disaster Recovery (ICT) plans and documentations for entities according to One BCMS Framework.
\t - Identify critical third-party risks and perform self-assessments to mitigate business impacts and review contractual topics.
\t - Ensure systemic environments are in line with Resilience Best practices and local regulations.
\t - Enhance and maintain BC and DR plans and documentation as per the One BCMS Framework.
\t - Organize, coordinate, and report on BC and IT DR testing, improving business continuity maturity.
\t - Support the delivery and maintenance of ISO certification and ensure alignment with global compliance requirements.
\t - Contribute to Operational Resilience Program as part of DORA upcoming regulation.
\t - Provide support to external audits and customer requests in liaison to Resilience activities.
Requirements
\t- 5-10 years of experience in Business Continuity, ICT recovery, Vendor Resilience and crisis leadership, especially in financial services, fintech, Consulting or payment institutions.
\t - Certified in Business Continuity (ISO or equivalent) - recommended.
\t - Strong understanding of local regulations related to resilience and business continuity.
\t - Goal-oriented with a business mindset, flexible, self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills and team collaboration.
\t - Fluent in French and English, with an additional EU language as a plus.
\t - Ability to communicate effectively with regulators and customers.
