GET, Global Enterprise Transformation, is the Program decided by Engie to accelerate and standardize the ERP system as well as the effectiveness of processes, embarking the Company on a centrally steered and business-led transformation focused on making Engie an integrated industrial company.


As part of the Transformation Program, we are looking for a key player in the success of our factories, with the role of Factory Lead.


The role will be accountable for the delivery of all factories, except Middleware factory, which will be supervised by the Integration Lead. You will ensure the industrialization of ways of working, monitor services and ensure compliance with SLAs, manage GET Factories leaders and handle hot topics and crises.


You will also be directly accountable for the delivery of 3 factories: Translation, Back-office factories, and Authorization. You will select, implement, and maintain tooling to ensure operations, define a delivery model, set up an appropriate team, and associate contracts.


The role requires a senior position with significant experience in large SAP projects, experience in leading global factories, ability to lead in matrixial organizations, fluent English, leadership, experience in transverse management, and large team cross-coordination.


The ideal candidate will have experience of working in project management mode, be rigorous, and able to find the right balance between industrialization and day-to-day requirements. The ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team is essential.


As Factory Lead, you will be a key player in the success of our factories and will have the opportunity to onboard on one of the most ambitious and strategic Enterprise transformation programs with a very high IT footprint.


The role is based in Courbevoie (La Défense), with 3 days teleworking per week possible. However, we are also looking for international profiles (Full remote).


The GET program aims to deliver the future business and IT core model with a central "one ERP / One ARIBA / One MDG" platform. The functional context of the program covers a set of functional areas including accounting, controlling, and procurement as main areas, recently extended to Business modules.


The GET program offers a unique opportunity to onboard on one of the most ambitious and strategic Enterprise transformation programs with a very high IT footprint with S/4 & SAP ARIBA as central IT components. Innovation is at the heart of GET Program with an ambition to implement best-in-class processes & solutions.


As Factory Lead, you will be accountable for all factories delivery. You will be N-2 to GET IT Lead and directly reporting to the GET IT Operations Lead.


Key responsibilities:



  • Oversee global relationship with all stakeholders: GET Teams (Roll-out & RUN), GBS IT, and Factories partner
  • Contribute to Income Management (internal controls) – Define & monitor adequate documents & checklist

Position requirements:



  • Senior position that require significant experience in large SAP projects
  • Experience in leading global Factories
  • Ability to lead in matrixial organizations
  • Fluent English (oral/written)
  • Leadership, experience in transverse management and large team cross-coordination
  • Experience of working in project management mode
  • Rigorous, able to find the right balance between industrialization & day-to-day requirements
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team is essential
